Who are we ?

Céline Faidherbe and Marielle Rogie built their expertise in the field, within highly sensitive sectors (nuclear, healthcare, aviation, defence, energy...). Where pressure is at its highest and mistakes are not an option, superficial communications quickly collapse. What matters is judgement, clarity and action. Both bring strong analytical and operational capabilities, enabling them to cover the full reputation spectrum: from external governance to complex internal dynamics. While their systemic vision allows them to address any issue headon, the strength of their partnership lies in a natural complementarity: Céline focuses on internal levers, while Marielle concentrates on the external ecosystem.

Marielle draws on more than 25 years of experience leading communication and marketing in high-pressure environments (Brussels Airport, SCKCEN, the Belgian Nuclear Forum, etc.), as well as within agencies and international institutions. She approaches reputation through the lens of governance and systemic thinking. She is experienced in auditing complex situations, NIMBY issues and stakeholder management. She helps decision-makers identify weak signals, navigate complex media, economic and political environments, and brings the “calm under pressure” needed to secure decision-making at every level.

A certified coach and change management expert, she understands the human dynamics that determine whether a strategy can move forward and be effectively implemented. For more than 30 years, he has been supporting brands, companies and business leaders in clarifying their positioning, developing impactful campaigns and turning ambition into tangible communication. An entrepreneur, investor, mentor and senior lecturer, Emmanuel has a deep understanding of the dynamics that enable organisations to grow sustainably: a clear vision, the right narrative, an aligned strategy and the ability to engage both teams and audiences. He pays particular attention to the uniqueness of brands, the consistency of their expression and their capacity to build lasting relationships with their stakeholders.
